The Maternity Resource

Plan authorized administrator, NES Assurance (Program Administrator for ART Risk Solutions), provides Member enrolled Intended Parent(s) and their Surrogate with the necessary personal service required to coordinate and select the preferred physician and hospital in addition to providing active administrative case management of their Surrogate's maternity and childbirth related medical care. Member enrolled Intended Parents access the ART Risk Solutions secured privacy protected website to permit the on-line tracking of their Surrogate's medical expenditure activity from the designated Member Services Account.

When would you purchase The Maternity Resource?

1. Surrogates Insurance Denies Coverage.
   
   There may be times when the surrogates insurance does not cover maternity for a surrogate pregnancy, but you still want reduced medical bills.
   
   
2. Surrogate has no coverage and you choose to self fund the pregnancy.
   
   Having a The Maternity Resource set up will reduce your out of pocket costs for the surrogates self funded pregnancy.
   
   
3. As a back-up plan.
   
   Even though your surrogates insurance states that it will cover any pregnancy does not mean that at the time the claims are processed coverage will still ensue. Insurance companies have the right to determine coverage at the time that claims are submitted.
