Fertility Advantage – IVF Cost Reduction Plan
Contracted through NES Assurance and Fertility Center of Illinois.
ART Risk Solutions is excited to offer Fertility Advantage, an IVF cost reduction plan. This program is offered to intended parents who are going through IVF treatment using their own eggs and a surrogate or a donor's eggs, and whose insurance will not cover ART procedures. Assisted Reproduction Technology (ART) procedures are typically not a covered benefit within insurance policies.*
Fertility Advantage Premier Plan - Includes up to 3 complete IVF cycles. A complete IVF cycle is one in which an embryo transfer takes place using fresh embryos, and includes the transfer of frozen embryos derived from the fresh cycle, if needed.
- FS in-cycle monitoring services including ultrasounds, blood tests, egg retrieval and embryo transfer(s)
- FS conventional embryology, and in-cycle andrology and endocrinology laboratory services
- Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) with assisted hatching
- Assisted Zona Hatching (AZH) – If selected
- Cryopreservation of extra embryos for up to one year
- Embryo storage for term of Plan
- Up to 2 pregnancy tests/transfer
- All in-cycle professional medical services of physicians and staff
- Patients must meet required medical screening criteria set up by FCI
Fertility Advantage Essential Plan - Includes up to 2 complete IVF cycles. A complete IVF cycle is one in which an embryo transfer takes place using fresh embryos, and includes the transfer of frozen embryos derived from the fresh cycle, if needed.
